Behind the Brand

Heartnests started in 2019, during the early days of the global pandemic, as a small Etsy shop. From day one, handmade lighting sat at the heart of what we offered, alongside carefully chosen homewares such as baskets, wall décor, and baby props — all rooted in craftsmanship and natural materials.

As orders came in and customers returned, Heartnests grew organically across multiple e-commerce platforms. Over the years, we have fulfilled nearly 10,000 orders worldwide, guided by word of mouth, repeat customers, and long-term trust rather than short-term trends.

Alongside residential customers, we began serving interior designers, builders, and project-based clients, supporting both private homes and professional spaces with thoughtfully made lighting and home pieces.

As we continued building Heartnests, our lighting collections gradually expanded to include modern and contemporary designs. These were introduced carefully, with the same attention to material quality, form, and longevity — allowing us to support a wider range of interiors while staying true to our original values.

Heartnests.com was created as a dedicated space for our growing collections and story. Rather than a finished destination, it is an evolving home — one that continues to be refined as we improve how we present our products, serve our customers, and share what we stand for.

To better support customers in the United States and other regions, Heartnests established US-based fulfilment in California, alongside our existing warehouse operations in Australia. This step was taken to improve delivery times, reliability, and service — particularly for larger lighting orders and professional projects.

Heartnest is still being built — thoughtfully and deliberately. We continue to refine our collections, strengthen our operations, and improve the way we serve homes and projects around the world, staying close to the values we started with.
